Returns will be accepted up to 15 days from the date you receive the device for all customers in the United States. Requests for refunds after 15 days will not be accepted. The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it, and it must include all of the contents that came with it. A $100 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. We understand that some customers may receive their device and feel initially intimidated by unfamiliar technology, which is why we require that you complete the 4 hours of on-demand training before returning it. This training must be completed within four days of requesting the refund. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Your refund will be issued once we have received the return and verify that it is all accounted for. We do not accept returns from international customers.
