Return Policy
At StatDDS, your satisfaction is important to us. All sales are final, except in the following cases:
Eligible Returns
We will accept returns only for products that are:
- Damaged in transit, or
- Defective upon receipt.

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required before returning any items. Returned products must include original packaging and be unused, except for the reported defect.
Exchanges
To inquire about an exchange, please reach out to our Customer Service team. Approval is granted on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to availability and inspection.
In some cases, we may offer an exchange if:
- The wrong item was shipped, or
- The incorrect size or variation was ordered.
Exchanges may be subject to a 5% restocking fee and shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund.
